Sehr wässriger Beginn mit leichter Säure und angedeutetem dunklen Malz. Lange Zeit kommt dann nichts, zum Ende gering getreidig, die Wässrigkeit dominiert. Ne! 6/3/6/2/5/2

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear, amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving laces. Rustic aroma of brewing cereal - rice. Thin-bodied even watery, with a strange note of sherry and a light tartness. No bitterness. Very strange indeed. 141208

(swing top bottle) Clear, copper colour with a fluffy, but not very persistent frothy beige head. Smells almost a bit “english”, moderately sweet and toasty aroma with liquorice, caramel and a nice resiny hoppy touch, or at least something that evokes the impression. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty taste with light notes of caramel and liquorice; medium-dry, sweetish finish with fruity notes. Not bad, at least for a gluten-free beer (18.04.07).
