Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Unclear pale golden with minimal bubbles. Sour and dry bitter apples. Oaky and winey. Very dry and a bit sour.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale yellow straw with small head. Dry oak, very very dry apple and soft tart pear, alcohol, lemon, white wine, soft herbal and flowery, light l as chic notes. Light bitter and sour. Medium bodied, slight boozy and very dry finish with low carbonation. Not so much apple and body, even though it has some light tannins but they might be from the oak. Quite heavy, really drinks like wine. Too thin and boozy for me, could use a bit more sweetness and body.
