An ipa that it is not so citrus for the style, developing a side of malt, nuts, a bit hoppy, rather dry and mineral, a bit sour, average, 09.11.19, judging this beer, at Epalinges, buying it at Colmar.

(sample, bottle) Hazy dark golden. Minimal white head. Light sweet, weird earthy. Not good.

Bottle shared at Sabis'. Gusher! Hazy orange golden with white head. Grain husks, fresh bread crust, light herbal, quite some hazelnuts and almonds, weird yeast, dry malts. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry finish. Surprisingly nutty.

Bouteille (Merci au lac!): Light amber, cloudy, medium-sized loose off-white head, mild to moderate fruity-hoppy nose with traces of bubble gum and Christmas spices (!?); mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, soft at least; mildly lingering bitter-spicy finish with some balancing pale-malt. Drinkable, but not really necessary...
