Kind of a weird confusing label: says juicy and dry, very dry. I've never had a dry juice fruit can be juicy because of high water content and of course there is juice. Never had dry juice. But this beer is not dry it's not overly sweet but it's not dry. Anyway, the aromas are a blend of citrus resin and dank hops. Flavors are like nose, with a nice balance blend of sweet-bitter and carbonation. Good drinking beer.

Pint can from Wine Cellar Depere, 7/9/21. Clear (yay!) gold large frothy white head, fair retention. Aroma of pineapple, tropical fruit pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, mango, resin. Juicy, dry, ,mild bitterness. I didn't love the Brut IPA craze, but, at least they seemed like IPAs compared to this hazy and lactose bullshit.

Can pour. Appearance is hazy weird purple-grey-brown (in low light), golden-brown in bright light (but still purplish hue), decent sparkle, small head with fair retention. Aroma is interesting clothes hamper, citrus, peach and mild grape. Taste is strong musty grape and lesser clothes hamper, stone fruit, light cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, looks different and tastes is bolder than other Bruts, but still delivers the dry, winey finish.

Can. The great Brut IPA return continues. Maybe! Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts provide a reasonable sweetness. That typically Brut IPA light champagney vibe, dry and slightly bitter. Tons of cooling piney hop here, works very well with the Brut vibe. A light tingling hop spice. Emerging soft citrus and tropical fruits is a really nice touch before everything snaps back to attention with a typically Brut crisp finish. Very good example of the style. The only problem here is drinkability, as in, far too much of it!

16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold color. Frothy white head. Fragrant citrus hop aroma. Notes of lemon and mango. Crisp and dry as advertised. Bitter lemon and unripe pineapple. Some minerally notes as well.
