This is our is take on a traditional Bieré de Garde Ambrée, historically brewed in farmhouses of northern France. This is a malt forward farmhouse ale that uses a large variety of specialty Belgian malts, continental hops and fermented with our house yeast at cooler temperatures. Malt forward but still dry this is a perfect beer for cool autumn weather alongside roasted castanyes and panellets.

--Keg at Stigbergets Fot, Stockholm. -- Hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Lemony funky nose. Sweet with milky tartness, light body and clean mouthfeel. Caramel and lactic tartness, some hay. Mid bitter finish. Too clean/hard, and far from as relaxed as traditional examples.

On tap at Miezis & Kompānija. Hazy amber, off-white head. Toasted malt, caramel, yeast, funk, nice.

Botella de @Cyclic, Online. 26/02/2021. Color ámbar claro corona de espuma blanca persistente, aromas herbales, cereal sabor levadura, notas herbales, cuerpo medio.
