Sahti inspired beer brewed in collaboration with Aberrant Ales. The mash was filtered through juniper branches and "dry hopped" with juniper berries. The end result is a cloud beer with sweet phenolic flavors balanced by the juniper.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clearish, hazy straw gold with a tiny head that dissipates. Juniper berry aromas with some light wild strawberry and chaffed wheat aromas. Grainy texture on the palate with more bright, floral juniper flavors on the palate as well. Lightly tart with lemon, berry and gin-like floral notes underneath as it warms. Smooth, lightly tart finish with some mineral notes.
