At El Segundo's Hampton Inn. Clear deep amber colour, dense but thin off white head. Aroma is mainly caramel. Retronasal it's malt, caramel, light grain, sweetish. Flavour is light sweet and very light bitter. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, moderate bitter.

On tap at Absolution Tap Room, La Jolla. Amber with a small head. Sweetish with light hops, malt and some caramel.
