Alert – Rye Alert! The doldrums are among the fiercest of enemies, and we’ve sent off rye and caramel malt troops to show them what’s what.
Our fighters are carefully fermented for maximum dryness, and we’ve loaded the best hops: the American Citra and Eldorado, and the Australian Vic Secret. Rye Alert is a light and pale rye IPA with a 4.5% proof that will help you stay on high alert!

Smell-weak, acidic, hops bit of rye but might be a placebo effect. Foam- thin, large in mouth, sour notes with a bit of hops and bitterness. The Head is large, white color, but disappears fast. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, quite simple bottle. Semi hazy yellow-orange color, no visible carbonation. From - snifter Taste - weak acidic tones , then hops and bitterness, some malt. Medium-strong hops feel a bit watery mixed with acidic and sour notes, maybe some rye, hard to tell. Nothing special.

Poured cloudy yellow to orange with a large off-white frothy head. Decent retention. Aroma: citrus fruit, pine, a bit catty, a spicy hint of rye malt presence. Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Taste: hoppy, fairly bitter with subdued malts in the background. Piny, citrusy, catty. Lingering medium plus bitterness ending. Flavourful stuff. Good.
