Fermented entirely in French oak, Lady in Grey owes her opacity to a high percentage of malted and flaked wheat. While her natural haze suggests sustenance, our grisette remains bright and refreshing, independent and alluring. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head.
A- Bright, soft citrus, pear, apricot, faintly woodsy.
F- Green grapes, lemon, soft wood, subtle apricot, mild pear, faint florals.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish.
O- Slightly bright and lovely. Easy to drink with lots of soft tropical and stone fruit tones but mostly white or green grapes. A faint woody flavor whispers in the background. Solid.

Golden color. Thin white head. Very nice slightly oak barrel nose with apricots and dried mangoes. Tart palate, very sour for the style, tight carbonation, medium bitterness. Dry. Not overly funky yeast character. Super well balanced. Very nice
