The second rendition in our refreshment seeking Lemonade IPA series with Evil Twin. A refreshing drink often associated with childhood nostalgia to others a pop-cultural symbol of emancipation.
Whatever the association we teamed up with good old Swedes, Henok and Karl of the fashionable Omnipollo to squeeze out a tasty, tempting and deceivingly well balanced IPA with sweet and sour notes of old-fashioned memories. Perhaps you can taste the dishonesty, it’s all over your breath - it’s Lemonade.

355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Murky yellowish colour, moderate white head. Aroma of lemons and raspberries, hints of spruce. Citric and sour flavour, lemons galore, hints of raspberries, distinct resinous bittering hops in the finish. Not my cup of tea.

can. it was bulging, spilled over big time when opened. hazy yellow, huge fluffy white head. aroma is flowery to sweet to sugary hoppy aroma with some fruits in there too. Not fresh fruit juice or fresh hops. flavor is herbal bitter infected fruit juice beer. ir is it tea and ginger? i don't know. Fact is, this can does not taste very well. First time ever i get a bad beer from either evil twin or omnipollo, i hope it's the last one too. After some sips it gets better, you get used to it. First i had decided to drainpour it, but i'm going to finish it, not *that* bad.

Can. A- Raspberry, citrus, subtle pickle brine, subtle floral. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Raspberry, floral, lemon, tart. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly tart finish. O- Not bad at all. Not quite as good as the regular lemonade version but the raspberries do add an additional dimension.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, leafs, grapefruit, grass, citrus peel, light malts, pine needles, hay, spicy lemon pie. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, grapefruit, citrus peel, weeds, leafs, hay, hops, grass, light malts, minerals, bark, blood orange. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry citrusy mouthfeel. Nice.

Strong citrus nose. Murky pale straw golden, good but loose soapy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, lemon, orange, fanta, pomelo. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter and light sour, slightly tart, orange lemonade. Dry sweetbitter and citric aftertaste, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Less crisp than expected, strange brew but not bad at all.

Bright pink and light copper coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of light flowers, grass, lemons, light citrus hoppiness and a rather large soapy and sweet scent from honey. Light to perhaps Medium-bodied; Strong citrus flavour at first with a bigger dose of light grassy malts and a touch of flowers, but the strongest flavours are lemons, juice and a big amount of citrusey hops. Aftertaste shows some flowers with rose water mixed in with a ton of the grassy and juicy lemon and citrus flavours near the end with a bigger more assertive floral finish showing the rose water and herbal hops more than anything else, but the citrus and juice hits hard too. Overall, another decent beer at best that will be purchased due to the label on the front more than anything else, but this is passable, but better than the Old Fashioned Lemonade which I sampled Horizontally with this one, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 28-December-2017 for US$2,29 sampled in my hotel room here at [Disney] Carribean Beach Resort on 03-January-2018.

Pretty hazy light orange to blond beer. Blond? How is this not a pink beer? What a missed opportunity! Huge foamy irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, citrus notes, some lemonade, grapefruit, where's the pink part? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet start, ah, here's some raspberry jam, some citrus as well, bit malty, sugary, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: sweet, raspberry jam, soft bitterness, fruity, grapefruit, orange juice, lemony, nice stuff!

330ml can (or maybe a different size can, certainly a smallish can). Pours pale orange pink and hazy. Lemon juice, raspberry, a real hard lemonade taste, a lovely sweet, tart and bitter balance, bit of orange peel. Fun.
