Dolle 40 years and 20k bash. Black with a small off-white head. Roasted aroma with chocolate, liquorice and bourbon. Sweet roasted flavour with a slightly sharp hit of alcohol.

Flaska från Side Project, blend 3. Mörk brunsvart, nästan svart, med pytteliten krona. Läder, ull(?), melass, lakrits, toffee, tjärpastill/Lakrisal, mycket fat, Bourbon, längre bak mycket fikon och johannnesbröd. Stor kropp, mycket fatkaraktär, fin Bourbon-ton i utandningen. I eftersmaken en gnutta kakao. Rostat, rågsyrligt, balanserad sötma. Mycket gott.

FLN, Hernandes S. Stole my cup so blame him for this pic, I think, either way think of a light bodied stout that is heavy on the bourbon nose and flavor, slight bil vibes. Damn awesome.

Taster showing dark brown with sparse tanned foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of sweet licorice, molasses, and strong bourbon. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied with a sticky mouthfeel. Mildly sweet with moderately intense notes of balanced bourbon, caramel, figs, and dark dried fruit.

Bottle shared at DACBE New Year's share. Thanks Adam! Pours a deep brown to black with a small bit of beige head that dissipates. Big plum, raisin and bourbon aromas right off the bat. As it warms more caramel, toffee, molasses and chocolate comes out. The bourbon is there as well with an oak vanilla note as it warms. Super complex and each sip almost seems different. Smooth bourbon, toffee and light smoked chocolate mid-palate. Finishes slightly warming with more bourbon, oak, toasted vanilla and toffee flavors. Fantastic.

10oz on Nov-29 during Structures 2nd anniversary week. Vintage 2019. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon, toffee, raisins, chocolate, some light booze, kind of similar to B-Bomb. Taste: along the same lines, very silky, some boozy notes, chocolate, bourbon, some creamy notes. Overall: very nice, reminds me Fremont B-Bomb so much.

Draft 10 oz pour enjoyed during Structures anniversary party. Cheers to four years! Jet black pour, thin fizz ring head. A bit of a smokey aroma, bold malt, some oak/barrel. Some leather mixed in. Bold smokey, toasty malt, whiskey, peat, tons of dark fruit. Complex about as much as it gets. Happy anniversary to these fine folks!

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out gentle smoke, medium roast, and a hint of bourbon barrels. Flavour is full of intense bourbon barrels, light tartness, with leather, tobacco, gentle smoke, and intense bourbon. It's pretty close to HotD Adam with huge bourbon notes. Beautiful stuff.

At ratebeer best pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is complex bourbon barrel notes pit fruit spice black licorice and some leather. Taste is more of the nice complex notes barrel pit fruit raisins spice, very fun.
