Our naturally cloudy Weissbier impresses with its delicate carnation aroma and its particularly tangy taste. Regional malts ensure the richness and a wonderful amber appearance. We are particularly proud of the brewed ale yeast, which gives a very pleasant and unique identity to our Weissbier. It has been awarded gold several times by the German Food Society (DLG) and is the perfect refreshment, which is why it enjoys great popularity especially in summer. Un ltered, top-fermented and brewed according to the German purity law.

Cloudy Dull golden, creamy ivory head. Smells of cooked vegetables and cooked malts, some fruity and tart wheat beer notes here and there. The tasted is just as cheap - cooked malts, cardboard. Yuck.

Can, 0.5l. Hazy orange pour, one finger frothy white head. Short to medium lasting, minimal lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, a bit sweet and fruity, nice herbal notes in the background. Thin body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit light, but somewhat chewy. Balanced taste, mild sweet with a fruity sour touch. Aroma of malt, wheat, grains and grass. Herbal, fruity, touch of banana. Pretty much your usual hefe. Pretty solid for the price. Refreshing and drinkable, does the job quite nicely.

Pours cloudy amberish orange colour with a moderate white head. Average retention. Nose: esters of banana, apple, and pear, bready notes, phenols, stale hop. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Taste: initially sweetish, malty and yeasty. Bread, light phenols, apples and pears, subdued banana, some spicy hop after. Tarter ending. Low to light bitterness. Hoppy aftertaste. No sign of elegance here. Anyway enjoyable, no doubt

A nyári nagymelegben tökéletes frissítő, olyan gyorsan csúszik, hogy mint én anno a műanyag gatyámban a fémcsúszdán.
