Draft @ Cafe Rose Red, Bruges. 11.5%. Pours a hazy amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma of smoky bbq ketchup covered sausages. Taste is much the same but extra crispy, with additional peaches, smooth with exceptional layered flavours. One to really sip and savour.

8/10/17: Finally. Yes, oh my god yes. Smoky, sour, thick, fruity, sweet. This beer has everything, perfect harmony. Festival top 3.

12/10/18: Drysmoked using bourbon wood. Extra smokey, some extra theater to make it even more fun, but maybe just a tad less balanced. Smokey, fruity, rich, lightly sour, more fruit and smoke, bit of meatyness. Still a magnificent beer.

27/8/19: I'll always go back for this beer, such a great combination of flavour. This batch seems more smokey than the previous one, little bit more char on the peach. Lightly peached, pleasantly Morpheus-sour. Thanks Glenn! Love it.

17/12/22: Lot 1130X. Clear dark ruby red, lacy white head. Smells sour, woody, honey, peach. Soft, slight pucker, relatively light. Light sourness first, red wine, soft peach, and then nice smoke. Lightly burnt bits of peach bacon. Such a brilliant beer, every time

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Hazy, dark reddish amber with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, prunes, peach, vanilla and oak. Quite sweet, malty, moderately sour, quite fruity and a bit smoky taste of caramel, raisins, oak, raisins, peach and some smoked ham, followed by a short, minimally bitter, moderately tart, woody-dry and slightly smoky finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
