This variant on Fort Point features Mosaic in the dry hop. Pouring a cloudy, canary gold, Mosaic Fort Point emits a distinctively dank nose of pulpy, fresh squeezed orange, pungent passionfruit, ripe mango and papaya. These notes are further developed on the palate alongside a juicy profile of mandarin flesh an pomelo pith with a touch of spring pine sap for a light bite. Mosaic Fort Point delivers that familiar biscuity, medium body our signature pale ale.

Tap @ Trillium. Hazy golden coloured. Mango, fruity, hoppy, grapefruits. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head, some lacing. Dank, citrus, resiny. Very nice

Pours a hazy, yellow-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma of sour washcloth, with citrus and tropical notes, some hop bite. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, some grass, pepper, with slightly bitter, pine/spruce hop finish.

Hazy caramel colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, very fruity, grapefruit, tropical fruits, candy, caramel. Sweet malty flavour, fresh hops, green hops. Hoppy finish, fresh green hops, tropical fruits, loads of grapefruit. Nice!!
