This variant on Fort Point features Mosaic in the dry hop. Pouring a cloudy, canary gold, Mosaic Fort Point emits a distinctively dank nose of pulpy, fresh squeezed orange, pungent passionfruit, ripe mango and papaya. These notes are further developed on the palate alongside a juicy profile of mandarin flesh an pomelo pith with a touch of spring pine sap for a light bite. Mosaic Fort Point delivers that familiar biscuity, medium body our signature pale ale.

6 days old can from the source enjoyed at the hotel while preparing my next day's presentation. Hazy yellow orange color with white to off white head. Hoppy and light malty aroma, heavy grassy and fruity, dank grassy and light pine, tropical, citrus and some stone fruits. Light sweet and moderate to heavy bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Pours a hazy amber from a can, some thick lacing. Nice Mosaic-aroma, fruity, a bit of pine. Similar flavor although a little thin. Good beer.

One of those hazy beers that reminds you why hazy beers are such a craze these days. Brilliant showcase of Mosaics, loads of tropical citrus and berry accentuated by earth and pine with a moderate caramel and wet malt sweetness. Finishes with a mild bitterness and an intense citric flourish. Tasty as hell.

(Can, 0.473 l - canned on 30/01/18, thanks VastActiv, at tiong's tasting, 20180309) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, perfume and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grapefruit, tangerine and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A very pleasant hoppy brew with proper body.
