Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Very odd almost meaty aroma - more like meat balls than aroma hops. Medium body, slightly sweet caramel malts and then some spicy hops. Surprisingly little bitterness. Another really odd take on an IPA from Poppels - I really wonder how they do it! 091121

Bottle. Dark gold with a decent white head. Aroma of lemons, oranges, some grapefruit, mango and maybe hints of passion fruits. Taste follows aroma plus malts, some caramel and a little bit of pine. Pretty juicy. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Good one.

(Bottle) Amber colour with big, frothy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, apricots, caramel, herbs, apple blossom and floral hops. Malty, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricots, mandarin, caramel, flowers, herbs, hay and a generous citric, floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced IPA, with a generous hop presence without getting aggressive. Very nice.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Caramel malty and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, orange, a touch of lime and peach. Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of lemon, orange, a touch of lime, peach, some residual sweetness. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Crisp, refreshing - OK.

Ein relativ herbes, aber auch äußerst aromatisches IPA, das nicht nur schöne Grasnoten haben, sondern auch eine tolle Erfrischung bieten, sodass die kleine Flasche bald zu wenig wird. Es mag mich nicht vom Hocker hauen, aber wenn mich jemand fragt, so kann ich das Bier ohne schlechtes Gewissen empfehlen.

Clear, bright golden color and a nice white head. Sweet-fruity nise with faint icy-sugar. Taste ist rather sweet, fruity, with nice harsh hoppy finish.
