An IPA with no ‘hot-side’ hop additions giving a zero IBU beer. Hazy pale orange. Ripe nectarine dominates the aroma backed up by melon and papaya. Juicy medium body. Lychee, peaches and a hint of honey in the mouth. Finishes like a light and crisp fruit juice.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, peachy citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, slightly watery, melon, mineral, earthy palate. It says it’s zero IBU’s in the description and they were not wrong.
