In the spirit of all the exploratory missions deployed across the galaxy — be they spacecraft, Viking or other — we’re constantly probing the world of beer back here on Earth. That quest has brought us to this latest creation, which comes from our brewing team at Stone Brewing – Napa. With a subtle haze reminiscent of some far-off nebula, and further complimented with the juicy flavors of Ella and Citra hops, this beer is most definitely out of this world. Crafted to be enjoyed on Earth, but if intelligent life does exist out there, we’re pretty sure they’ll like it too.

Hazy orange with a medium white head. (Bottled 18/02/21) Grapefruit, resin, some marmelade, light herbs and notes of orange. Bitter finish. I would love to drink a fresh bottle

Bottle. bb 2/22. Opaque orangish amber with a modest but dense white head. Quite a few floating chunks. 3- Brooding fruity aroma with very ripe pineapple, peach, guava, lime, chewed crackers. Sweet with vague bread, seething fruit with lime emerging to define things before a strongly bitter finish. A little warm and biting there too. Tries to embrace the juicy/ hazy thing and remain true to the bombastic Stone hoppy beer template and ends up a bit of a mess.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Pours a very nice hazy translucent orange amber with a perfect thin layer of fine white bubbles and sediment. Aroma is dank pine with stone fruit and orange pith. Some classic Stone flavors underneath the haze. Taste is deep dank pine with orange juice, pith, alcohol. Palate is frothy and rich with a prickly bitter finish. Very tasty. Highly recommend. Maybe I’m just always partial to Stone profile

12oz bottle. 6 weeks old or so. Lots of little floaties in the unfiltered orange body. Steady, glass lacing head. Big, juicy, dank aroma...nice hop combination. Solid new school IIPA, juicy and easy drinking, not a lot of resin or bitterness. Solid beer, but the floaties are quite unattractive. Great flavor, but could use a little work fixing the appearance.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy orange gold pour. Large pillowy beige head. Dank citrus aroma. Flavor mirrors nose. Dank citrus with notes of grapefruit, melon and orange. A touch of booziness in middle. Dank hoppy finish is redolent of citrus and pine. Delicious.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a hazy deep gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up mango, guava, cantaloupe and some fresh orange juice. The taste delivers smooth soft juicy mango and cantaloupe and guava and then more tangy and bitter notes of tangerine and orange. Yes. This comes together beautifully. Well placed sirs.
