Belgian saison fermented and aged in an oak foeder with our house saison yeast. Brewed with a rustic grain bill featuring spelt and unmalted grains. The oak lends a touch of peppery spice, and a toasted note, grounding the floral aromatics of the saison. Pleasantly full on the palate, and with a dry finish.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clear copper with a finger of off-white foam. Light estery nose with some pear and light muscat aromas. Vinous flavors on the palate, lemon curd, light grain. Lingering muscat, grain.
