Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Pours hazy golden. Initial taste was very hoppy but after a few sips the saison characteristics started to appear. Peppery with medium mouthfeel. A pretty tasty beer but quite different from classic saisons. Low carbonation and a bit creamy.

33cl on tap at the brewpub. Very thin white head. Cloudy golden pour. Refreshing. Well hidden alcohol. Light herbal aftertaste
