Vår första New England IPA från Nacka Bryggeri kan beskrivas som ett amerikanskt, humlearomatiskt, beskt, överjäst öl. Vi brygger den med färsk krossad Vete-, Pale Ale- och Caramünch II-malt som ger en bärnstensfärg och smakinslag av karamellighet. Humlesorterna är Magnum, Cascade, Centennial och Citra, vilket ger en något fruktig citruskaraktär med krispig och torr beska. Ofiltrerad och opastöriserad.

Draught@SBWF2018. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, some mild oaty and grainy tones. Flavour is passionfruits, some grains, mild tropical fruits and some toffee tones.

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Poured slightly hazy golden color. Tropical fruits, pineapples, mango and juiciness. Slight floury with juicy hops. Mellow.

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Mild aroma of guava and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Guava, papaya and passionfruit. Mid bitter finish.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, light pineapple and some hints of caramel. The body was medium as was the bitterness. Not that juicy but balanced and a pleasant one to drink.
