Pours the colour of toasted marzipan. A nose of raspberry, peach, vanilla, sherry give this offering a distinct dessert feel. Puckering tartness is to be found over a generous body, which eventually breaks to a fruity finish.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big peach, light vanilla, light sweet lactose. The flavour is moderate sour and sweet, with a smooth, rich, tart citrus fruit, sweet vanilla palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Pushing the boundaries here and doing rather well.
