i luppoli tedeschi sprigionano un fine ed intenso aroma, nonostante l'amaro sia pronunciato e' caratterizzato da una piacevole rotondità e presenta una certa persistenza anche dopo la bevuta.
Un leggero dry hopping (luppolatura a freddo) di luppoli nobili tedeschi regala piacevoli aromi floreali ed erbacei. Schiuma abbondante con perlage finissimo.
La nostra interpretazione di una birra tanto semplice da bere quanto complicata da produrre.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grassy and spicy hops, pale malt. Taste of fresh grassy bitter hops, pale malt. Nice.

Yes, this is what those modern hoppy pilsners should be like. Still lovely light, crisp, fairly dry and with a good bite, but also nicely hoppy. Some light citrus, bit floral, but mostly very refreshing and quaffable. Good stuff.

Tap Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, earthy, pretty herbal, some grains. Taste is the same, crisp and hoppy, but perhaps a bit too earthy and grainy. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Not a bad Pils, but not the best either.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Graininess, grassy hops, sweetish, nice crisp bitterness. A pleasant pilsener.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190411) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, fruitiness and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, black pepper, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had black pepper, grass and bitterness. A weird peppery brew.
