i luppoli tedeschi sprigionano un fine ed intenso aroma, nonostante l'amaro sia pronunciato e' caratterizzato da una piacevole rotondità e presenta una certa persistenza anche dopo la bevuta.
Un leggero dry hopping (luppolatura a freddo) di luppoli nobili tedeschi regala piacevoli aromi floreali ed erbacei. Schiuma abbondante con perlage finissimo.
La nostra interpretazione di una birra tanto semplice da bere quanto complicata da produrre.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a pale canary yellow with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is grainy and grassy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is just moderately bitter, with some sweetness. Finish is average, though some more bitterness is evident when the beer gets warmer.

Clear blond beer, aery irregular white soapy head, little stable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, little herbal, fruity touch, citrus and floral notes. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, not sweet though, bit grassy, nice bitterness, little metallic. Aftertaste: bitter, herbal, grassy bitterness, malty, grains, bit metallic, decent pilsener.

Keg at a BrewDog Roma. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice clean biscuits in the nose, straw, lemon peel. Light sweetflavour, mild bittter hay, crisp cereal, further biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, a lick of grassy hop. Solid pils.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, crosta di pane, note citriche ed erbacee. In bocca è appena dolce all'attacco con finale amaro medio, secca e pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.

Tap at Hey Hop in Rome-Italy. Pale golden hazy, tick and medium white foam with great retention. Nose: yeast forward, balanced attack of Noble hops, medium grassy notes but relevant tough. Mouth: medium carbonation, malt pops up generously while gets immediately covered by a grassy/citric bitterness. The end is clean rather than bitter tough. Bottle in Rome hotel room, 23/09/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off White cap. Nose is straw, bready malts, grass, grains, pale malts. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, cereal, toasted grains, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough crisp clean pils.

Bottle from Domus Birrae, Roma. Pours pale golden with an average sized pils head. Aroma of light malt, good level of hop, touch of citrus and caramel. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Body is quite light, average carbonation. Some fruit and bitterness to finish. A nice pils.

on tap chiara leggermente velata buona schiuma buona nota luppolata erbacea con un tocco citrico piuttosto morbida media secchezza amaro non eccessivo
