Аромат с сильным солодовым запалом, немного трав как будто и листвы от какого то шиповника. Цвет золотистый, пенки практически нету. Вкус солодовый, не особо яркий, нравится снова что шиповник во вкусе, он вносит какую то претенциозность. Послевкусие не мошное с легким хмелевым подтекстом. В целом нормальный крафтовый пилз.

Tap at Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Malts mostly in the background, light citrusy, lemony, grassy hops character. Easy drinking, simple, but good.

Draught@TCBW2022 (thanks Lars & co). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some grainy, bready and mild citrusy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some bready and mild grainy tones with some grassy bitterness to it.

33cl bottle from Kaubamaja, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Mild fruity and slightly yeasty aroma with grainy notes and hints of citrus. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a mild, but pleasant bitterness. Quite drinkable.

On tap at BierCab, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass, bready malt and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with grassiness, straw and biscuity malt. Grassy, dry and biscuity. Clean and drinkable but unexceptional.

Arôme est frais sur une belle note de grains/malt pils, finement terreux, note céréale, crisp avec un houblonné noble allemand sur le léger fleuri et terreux.
Palais est clean et crisp, malt pils classique, petite note terreuse du houblonné noble, le tout garde une approche assez orientée sur le Saaz voire Tettnanger.
