The "Gmoastier" is the strongest bull in the village. As a breeding bull he moves from cow to cow to do his work. This beer is full of strength with its extraordinary body. But it also has a particularly sweet, fruity fragrance, so that you can enjoy it to spend a few nice minutes with it.

Pour looks like a hazy IPA with a large white head. Aroma is grainy and bubble gum sweetness. Flavor is a big wheat malt with some more bubble gum sweetness and a little butterscotch. This was flavorful and nice for a style that is not often attempted buy brewers on this side of the pond.

Canned 500ml. -from Hofer Brežice, shared with hrabren. Hazy orange/golden coloured, small to medium sized white to off-white head, wheaty fruity and some alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, fruity, yeasty, notes of alcohol and weak banana with sweetish finish. Ok one.

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from Slovenia. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Alcohol on the nose, some banana and bubblegum. Nice apricot and honey. Banana bread. Some cloves coming up. Medium body, soft carbonation. Ripe banana and honey along with meadow flowers in the flavour. Slightly sticky, some sweetness in the finish.

750ml bottle [big thanks to Maddie for this surprise!]. Murky, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, very dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Surprisingly rather weak, grassy hoppy and yeasty fruity, minimally wheaty malty aroma, notes of fresh hay, a floral touch, fruity notes of pear, hints of banana, whiffs of clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, grassy and minimally floral hoppy, notes of pear, yellow apple, some banana, notes of fresh hay, some clove; well hidden alcohol. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Well crafted, harmonious, homogeneous, drinkable, almost a bit cautious, seems to be lighter than Schneider's Hopfenweisse - better than good.

Smooth mild beginning. Sourish parts in the fruity yeast. Dry yeasty, fruity souress with hints of grapes there. Tastes like Nelson Sauvin hops or Hallertauer Blanc. Very nice fitting, very dry, interesting.

Hefig säuerlicher, trocken bananiger Beginn. Geringe Herbe, feine Karbonisierung, die Säure steigt leicht an. Gut trinkbar aber am Ende unterdurchschnittlich, vor allem nicht wirklich hopfig. 8/9/8/8/9/8

Flascherl (Garching!): Golden, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing off-white head, moderate sweet fruity-wheaty and caramelly nose with the faintest illusion of - presumably - aromatic-citrussy hops; nearly robust sweet flavour, combined with a light acidity, full bodied as expected, soft; slightly lingering sweet and wheaty finish, with fruity and mild hoppy traces. Your average Weizenbock, not totally convincing...
