750ml (thx, Matt!) @ Black Christmas 2023 at Heritage Hall. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: smells like Belgian Blonde with some dirty notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: meh.

Poured from 750mL bottle @ Black Xmas. Hazed yellow with small white head. Mild brett, citrus, grows on me as I sip it.

Taste: Moderate sweet, light to moderate tart, funky farmyard Brett notes, malty, wheat, notes of hay and fruity notes of berries, citrus fruit and hints of stone fruit.Moderate to over moderate hopbitterness pushing away.the fruity notes at the long lasting dry finish. Some oak wood and some grainy hnts mostly at rhe finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry mouthfeel at finish. Nice refreshing beer, quite a lot of complexity and flavors to explore.

duma Pajottenlandu.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - bottled in April 2019 - BBE April 2025, from Alko, 20200908) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was fizzy and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness, Belgian style yeast, tartness and wood. Palate was medium bodied with quite high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sourness, wood, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, fruity and bitter. A very fizzy brew. Also a nice blend of tart and fruity brews.

Monthly Beer Share (five of us); Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. 27th July 2020. Cheers Mat for the 0.75 litre bottle of this brew (BB Apr 2024). Floaters abounded in the misty yellow body, neat white head on top. Brett farmyard feel to the whole thing, not really my cup of tea. Scored objectively.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 20. Brought by me. Bought at Bierhalle Deconinck. Misty gold appearance, good frothy white head. Globules of yeast pouring out at the end. Lovely fresh floral nose, Brett-forward and Orval like. Lambic seems to be reigned in nicely with floral, perfumed notes and a farmhouse funk feel. Moderately sweet. Really nice fresh sipper.
