The first beer which we launched in 2014. A showcase of contemporary brewing meets classic. Golden, unfiltered, and ever so slightly more hopped than a typical Helles. Our thirst quencher is designed to be well balanced, without being devoid of personality.

Draught at BRLO Brwhouse, Berlin. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin, lasting white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, earthy notes, red fruits, light citrus and honey. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes drying and earthy-fruity. Lovely Helles, highly drinkable.

Draught, 150ml, from a tasting board at BRLO Brwhouse. Firm white head over a bright, warm golden body. Clingy lacing. Mid-sweet grainy malts on the nose. Pale malty flavours, mid-sweet, joined by discreet moments of oily hops towards the ending. Refreshing, but rather anonymous. (Berlin 11.01.2018).

Tasting glass draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Hazy orange, soapy white head. Nose is raw hay, cow fodder, low pepper, grainy. Taste is raw cow fodder, grainy, hay, barn with some Helles sweetness in the back. Grainy & cow fodder body which it has in common with their Pale Ale but here it felt a bit more appropriate.

On tap @ Brlo Brwhouse, Berlin. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is floral hops, with some citrusy notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is light hoppy, with herbs, citrus and floral notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. A bit on the sweet side, an lacking a bit of depth in both body and flavour.
