0.3 l bottle, best before December 2016, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, thanks Roman! Clear, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, yeasty and slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, prunes, molasses, some dark honey and a touch of licorice root. Rather sweet, malty, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, raisins, prunes, licorice root and hints of clove, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit warming-alcoholic finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice!

Malty nose. Clear deep red copper colour, good two finger tan head, dissipating slowly, good lacing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, syrup, cloves, hint of cinnamon. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, roasty, spicy. Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweetbitter finish, some coffee, spicy and alcohol notes, good.

clear amber colour, creamy yellowish hed;aroma of caramel, fruitiness, some floral notes, alcohol and maybe hints of nuts; taste is the same; not an extraordinary Belgian strong ale, but still enjoyable
