Barley Wine aged on Bowmore whisky barrels, with notes of raisins and red fruit. This one peaks in Peatedness and has the most whisky flavour. Tannins and a nice wooden aroma are something they all have in common.

Bottle at the dockside tap. Pours deep ruby, nose is smoky, caramel, fruity, taste is sweet, fruity, dry, smoky, caramel. Fruitier than the no. 5.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Oak, dried fruit, whisky and just a slight hint of peat in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with soft peat, dried fruit, caramel and whisky. Soft herbal notes. Sharp alcohol.
