Unser Bitburger Winterbock ist ein helles Bockbier, verfeinert mit Bitburger Siegelhopfen und Aromahopfen Callista. Es ist süffig-kräftig im Geschmack und somit ideal geeignet für den Biergenuss zur Winterzeit. 330 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Stone fruit, floral hops, grassy notes, raisins, some metallic notes, floral notes, some booze. Dry hoppy crisp metallic bitterness, boozy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter floral fruity warming finish. A pretty nice Bock, more a Maibock with a good crisp bitterness, very balanced!

330ml bottle, beer gift from BeerViking, shared with Finn on a train bound for Birmingham. A pearl white head remaining over a clear amber body, laces well. Moderate aromas of mid-sweet grainy malts. Flavoured with caramel malts, bready. Rounded malt-driven end, clean on the swallow. Fine depth to it. Satisfying. (From London Euston to Birmingham New Street, 13.02.2023).

Draft at Prost! - Boise. Rich golden pour, creamy head, substantial body. Aroma is sofy amlty, bready notes. Taste continues with lush, creamy malty flavors. Beautiful feel. A real treat.
