Pours orange-red with a slight haze. Light cherry on the nose backed by soft caramel. Medium full bodied but not cloying. Finishes with more cherry and lightly toasted bread. Our nod to US National Beer Day. There’s nothing as American as cherry pie!

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a murky medium reddish brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is big biscuit malt, red berry fruits, Cherry boiled sweets, fake sugar. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, grainy, bready, light tart juicy fruit, light spicy, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
