This beer may not be as American as apple pie, but it’s as blueberry as blueberry pie. It’s inspired by road trips where we have played this song until we cannot sing anymore. This cream ale base with lactose, blueberries, and cinnamon, is a crazy blueberry pie and ice cream like creation.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a murky reddish brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is big blueberries, cherries, boiled sweets, pastry dough, cinnamon. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, light tart red berry fruit, creamy lactose palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
