The Equatorial is a collaborative beer between Daryl's Urban Ales, That Singapore Beer Project, and iBrew Challenge 2018 Best-of-Show homebrewer, Kaihan. Due to juicy esters from a Norwegian Farmhouse yeast and a generous heaping of Citra and Mosaic, Equatorial drinks like a tropical fruit salad of mangoes, apricots, and pineapples that punches through the palate with a subdued bitter bite. It finishes juice-like with some sweet tartness.

Tap at the Good Luck Beerhouse, Singapore. Poured a hazy, chalky orange straw colour with a thin broken white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral stone fruits, zesty tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a dry, chalky, mineral, light, juicy citrus fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
