He's back, and this time with more fruit and ABV! A fruited kettle sour with lactose, paired with massive amounts of Plum and Apricot, giving a bold tart fruit character.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish ruby red grapefruit color with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Light mineral and sulfur notes right off the bat. Muted plum and apricot notes on the palate. A bit of sweetness from the milk sugar. Lingering mineral, grain and stone fruit flavors. Not bad, but a pretty amateur take compared to their other styles.
