This dark wheat beer is layered with, you guessed it... Wheat!! It has white wheat, chocolate wheat and flaked wheat. Fuzz Wah is fermented with a traditional Hefeweizen yeast which features a nice banana note. We added an additional touch of cinnamon to round out the flavors giving this beer a slight "banana bread" flavor. look for availability in the fall/winter months.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 5 | Overall - 5
Banana, clove, chocolate malt, and straw aroma. Dark chestnut brown with large tan head. Lightly sweet banana, clove, chocolate malt and lightly bitter ash and dry hay flavor. Body very light - floral aftertaste. Okay but phenols are pretty light.
