Thanks Pisano for sharing the bottle! Solo cup showing dark gold with sparse white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense and tart notes of peach.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with moderately intense notes of peach and apricot. Highly acetic.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale peach with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has sour peach and dry Chardonnay notes with a light funk supporting. Flavor has sour peach up front with a growing Chardonnay and a slightly acidic finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is wheat, minerals, fruit, grass, grapes, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, wheat, grapes, grass, fruit - pineapple - stone fruit, minerals - yeast, oak - barrel, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]
