Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy orange straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, earthy, stone fruits, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, mineral, light fruity, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Awesome!
