Deep black and nice tan head. Nose is tart, dark fruits like cherry and black currsnt. Taste fruity, with acidic flavors. Nice cask flavors.

Smooth mild beginning. Very nice and round with hints of caramel and nuts. Refreshing caramelly, moderate sweetish - hints of dark cherries and plums. Fantastic smooth and mild. Great brew!

0,33 l bottle out of the mixed Senatsbock 6-pack. A darkest red-brown, nearly black in the glass, small fast fading beige head. Fruit sweet toasted malty smell. Taste is dark malty, little bit oily at the palate, some sweetness in the background. Fruity elements. Increasing caramel in the second part. Nearly no carbonation. As expected. Nice but getting thinner in the aftertaste.

Dunkel malziger Beginn mit Holzchips-Geschmack. Künstlich nach Vanille, wenig röstig, milde Süße. Wenig steigend röstig, leicht herb, mittellanger Malzabgang. Okay. 10/9/9/9/10/9
33cl bottle. A dark reddish brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of dark strong caramelized malt, raisins. Taste of raisins, dark caramelized malt, nuts. Good!
