On tap at Grizzly Paw Brewing, pours a clear reddish amber with a small beige head. Aroma is very subtle, with notes of muted caramel bready malt. Flavour brings out lots of mineraly notes, with some medicinal, chemical notes. Very bad stuff - basically undrinkable.

Draft - Rich roasted malts. Copper with a decent off white head. Malty and sticky sweet, some dark fruit but would do nice with some bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fairly light taste for a red. A bit nutty, slightly bitter and a touch of caramel. On tap at Grizzly Paw

Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber color with red shades. Very light aroma. Dry mouthfeel, dark caramel flavor introducing a final bitterness, even a touch of liquorice. Useless.

Bottle: Poured a dirty brown color ale with a small foamy head with minimal retention. Aroma of yeast and sourness is pretty strong with some roasted malt. Taste is dominated by some acidity and sourness with some roasted malt that is still discernable behind this mess. Definitely this one is infected and I usually don’t post review of infected beer leaving the benefit of the doubt to the brewers but since I don’t seem to be the only one with a bad bottle I will be posting this review.

dark reddish color, hints of raspberry in the nose. The mouth was astringent with hints of caramel, but overall I felt the beer really lacked any complexity
