2014 vintage bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish golden straw with 2 fingers of fine foam that lingers then dissipates. Aromas of hay, horseblanket, Brie rind, prosciutto, faint smoke, dried apple, umami, cobwebs. Fantastically complex. A symphony of aromas as it warms. Champagne-like carbonation on the palate. Dry and funky with a nice lingering farmy, dried apple character thoughout. Musty. Just stellar. --- Beer merged from original tick of Etienne Dupont Cidre Bouché Brut de Normandie on 30 Sep 2017 at 22:10 - Score: 9. Original review text: 2014 vintage. The champagne of ciders, literally, this shit is godly good.
