Inspired by our brewers' love of the assertive, bright flavors of Thai ingredients, this intensely flavored brew incorporates the vibrant quality of several Thai-inspired ingredients into our classic imperial stout. Powerful notes of citrus, botanicals, and tropical fruit balance the stout's rich chocolate, caramel, and coffee character. The result is an amazingly flavorful and complex beer that pays tribute to the flavors of Thailand.

On tap at Mikkeller Bangkok, pours jet black with a large brown head. Aroma is unusual, bringing out lots of lemongrass upfront, followed by basil and ginger. Flavour is sure unusual, but cohesive, with loads of lemongrass upfront, followed by basil, ginger and creamy coconut. Wouldn't think all these different elements would work together, but they certainly do. Creamy palate, with a lightly sweet and highly spicy (but tastefully so) finish. Excellent.

On tap at Ale Arsenal’s 5th Anniversary party.....ridiculous lineup!! Black with quickly dissipating brown head that leaves a ring. Oily. Flavor is massively complexity with the ginger and coffee standing out.
