Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Clear golden with a fully gone white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, wood and a little tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry finish. 280912

Bottle 150cl. plastic @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ]. [ As Loïc Raison Cidre Traditionnel ].ABV: 5.0%. Murky - hazy medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples, fruity apples, riped apples. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. Little cloudy orange cider, small to no head. Aroma: sour apples, vinous, wood. MF: good carbon, light body. Taste: nice tart fruity start, some white grapes, bit of lemon zest, green apples, dry woody touch. Aftertaste: sour, very dry mouth feel, bit metallic, touch of green banana, nice thirst quencher in summer.
