(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170207) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, sweetness, grapefruit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, fruity and bitter. A good balanced hoppy brew that hid its high ABV well.

Draught @ Cosmic Comic Cafe. Aroma is very sweet and heavy - beats even most of the American DIPAs and BWs. It has tropical fruits, fruit candy nd juice. Flavour has fruit candy, caramel, tropical fruits and grainy malt. A dessert. I’ve disliked sweet (D)IPAs lately but apparently something has changed. This is very close to some American DIPA I’ve had years ago. Some Avery perhaps?

Bottle @ home. Clear copper-bronze color, medium sized white head. Aroma I would describe as almost cloying sweet pine juice, almost over the top. Taste malts, loads of piney hops, pine, sticky resinous pine, pine and resin bitterness. Full body, suitable medium carbonation. Heavy like it should be on flavor and body, perhaps a little bit pushing it in the aroma, but a nice full force IIPA for sure! Nice!
