At Modeste. Extremely thick and frothy, paper-like lacing, snow white head over a more or less clear 'old gold' coloured beer. Aroma of peach peel, wet straw, old cloth, white pepper, dried tomato peel, baker's yeast, old bread crust, coriander seed. Very fizzy onset, strong carbo with souring effect, under which estery banana and peach impressions lurk; bready and grainy, lightly 'fluffy' malt middle. Phenolic and coriandered spiciness in the end, rooty, yeasty and earthy hop bitterness, grassy too, with lingering esters and soggy old bread-like maltiness. Somewhat 'deeper' hop bitter than average for a Belgian blonde, but too phenolic, a bit 'dirty' and messy and clearly overcarbonated.

Thanksl! Sampled bottled @ Modeste 2017. Orange, white head. Nose is pretty awful, extreme wet dog & perfume. Awful fizzy thin chemical, extreme perfume, wet dog, really no.
