At De Heeren Van Liedekercke
Cloudy amber color; medium creamy head. It has a wonderful malt aroma, grainy, some hop, honey. The body is dry and thin, there is some papery malt flavor, but less interesting. Correct bitterness, the final is dry, without sweetness, too light; the yeast gives a light harsh touch. Good.

Slightly hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is perfumed herbal and juniper, with a touch of sweet malt. Dry and malty with a somewhat cloying spice not working for me.

Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Floral hay aroma. Lightly caramelly with chewy rounded mouthfeel. Mildly spicy with oncreeping bitterness. An unusually quaffable Belgian ale. I could never have imagined they would name a beer after oh6gdx!

Bottle: Cloudy, some floaties visible, smaller lacy, sticking to the glass, off-white foam, distinctive hops in the nose, mixed with a caramelly fruitiness; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, accompanied by a light acidity, light to medium bodied; lingering aromatic hoppy and light fruity finish with traces of warming alcohol in the aftertaste. Well balanced, spicy stuff...........

(33cl bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a thick, cream-coloured foamy head. Sweet, slightly yeasty, orange-fruity aroma with a distinctive, spicy and herbal hoppy touch. Bitter flavour with a mild sweetness in the wings, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Citrousy orange-fruity on a soft malty base with a bitter hoppy and yeasty blend. Quite dry and bitter finish with spicy hops. Another good one from this brewer (23.III.09).

bottle(fantasie) pours hazy deep yellow with a thin white head. Aroma has lemon, grass, sugar cane, and some yeast. It’s slightly sweet and bitter with heavy carbonation. I get some orange and light smokiness. I’ve read they use spent whiskey malt and it is aparent. This seems alot like a saison or a farmhouse in it’s light and slighlty spicy nature. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. My bottleis listed at 5 percent, the brewers website says 9?
