The Huldra is the warden of the forest. She cares for animals and other beings. But she is also treacherous and cruel. Many are the men lured into the forest to never come out again.
The first beer of Häxkitteln is ”Huldra”, a Classic American style IPA with a twist. Bitter, sweet and packed with cascade, citra and mosaic hops fermented with our own kveik yeast blend.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey amber with an off-white head. Distinct aroma of Brettanomyces. Medium body, somewhat fruity but dominated by dry and leathery Brett with a bitter finish. Clearly infected, but absolutely drinkable if you don't mind distinct wild yeast notes. 101022
