We combined our traditional brewing techniques with the hop and innovative brewing techniques of Brewery Allagash.
Brewers Bridge is a “saison » type of beer, very fresh, fruity dominated by citrus.
The phenolic notes, so typical for the Dupont beers, are certainly there.
While degustating, you will find bitterness, lemon and grapefruit ending up in a dry finish, what gives the beer its thirst quenching character.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, spicy nose with sourdough bread, banana, clove, hay, apricot marmalade and coriander. Spicy, malty taste with notes of bread, banana, clove, citrus peel, hay and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, harmonious and well made saison. Very nice.

Bottled (From Systembolaget Umeå). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffeeish and mild yeasty tones. Flavour is yeasty, some floral, nectary and even a wee bit alcohol. Yet also some farmyardy tones. Kind of wellhopped Saison, flirting a bunch with IPA.

Apple, yeast, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet apple, lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body.

11.2oz bottle. A really nice Belgian Saison. The rye and oats flesh out the body. Lots of barnyard straw dryness, wheaty, hoppy tones. Pleasant lemon-lime touched yeast esters. Great beer other than the absolute disgusting amount of floaties in it.

Pours very hazy amber orange with a one finger, dense, long lasting head. It smells of spicy Belgian yeast, clove, and stone fruit. The flavor is malty and dry with spicy yeast and dark fruit that works well together. It has a lively palate and a medium body.

Very good beer. Great mix of allagash and dupont. Feels exactly like the best of both. Foeders ams

Bottle, from Family Market cooler, Vieques, Puerto Rico, didn't write the bottling date (if there was one), drunk on 12/2/21. Tons of frothy foam, leaving mountains of pillowy, white, lacing atop a clear, bronze-golden body with plentiful carbonation. Unripe pear, hints of soft apple and delicate pepper atop a beautifully extracted, rich, honey-like maltiness. This definitely seems all/most Dupont, as Allagash's main saison isn't what I look for in a saison, and I think of them more as a Belgian golden ale (among others) master. Whatever the case, this is sublime, aromatic, clean and not boozy with light floral/herbal hops and no unwanted esters/phenols. In the mouth it's shockingly malty, though not too much so, with loads of delicate pepper to balance nicely. Tightly carbonated, soft and with good attenuation. Yellow fruit esters galore. Definitely feels maltier for the style, but not in a bad way (it's not too sweet), if you're willing to have an open mind. I also didn't read anything about the brewers' intentions for the beer. Delicious, whatever the case.

Bottle, 6.1%. Weak buttery aroma, brown sugar, toffee. Cloudy amber dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct bitterness, slight rough. Caramelly and yeasty finish. High carbonation.
