The Brewers Bridge is the result of a collaboration with the famous Brewery Allagash (Portland, USA).
We combined our traditional brewing techniques with the hop and innovative brewing techniques of Brewery Allagash.
Brewers Bridge is a “saison » type of beer, very fresh, fruity dominated by citrus.
The phenolic notes, so typical for the Dupont beers, are certainly there.
While degustating, you will find bitterness, lemon and grapefruit ending up in a dry finish, what gives the beer its thirst quenching character.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark straw with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of fruit and hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with dusty and estery notes and touches of malt. Lingering, bitter and dusty aftertaste with funky notes. Decent.

Bouteille: Golden to deep golden, hazy, medium-sized stable - beaten-egg-white-like - white head, moderate to solid dryish yeasty-rural bitter aroma with lots of hayish-herbal hops underneath; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied and quite soft; soft - as well - and lingering bitter fruity-herbal finish with some yeasty traces. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter great flavor. Slightly acetic. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate and a little fizzy. Great stuff.

Nice and smooth. Easy drinking, subtle and elegant. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Florals, and some earth, farm, and resin. Bottle.

Bottle. Clear, pale golden body with a big, dense white head. Aroma is floral, yeasty and coriander. Taste is a classic saison with dominating Dupont profile, floral, grassy hops, spicy and fresh. Balanced in taste, body with a smooth aftertaste. Delicious.

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy creamy lacing white head. In aroma, very nice grassy herbaceous mix with coriander, resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with Curaçao, Brett, very nice. Bottle, bb 2021.
