Bottle from Berghoeve. Aroma is tart berries and malt with caramel and a touch of 'appelstroop'. Flavour is tart and mild to medium sour. Body is medium. Could have some more 'finesse', but it's a fine specimen of Vlaams Rood.

Bottle. Light bronze pour. Aroma of oak, mild tart, raisin, vanilla, caramel, ripe red fruit and cherry. Taste has soft dry oak, tart, raisin, vanilla, cherry, dates and malt. Not bad, but feels a bit unfinished, not very outspoken or complex.

Fris zuur, achterliggend smaakt ie moutig. Redelijk lange, lekkere en bijzondere nasmaak.

Ruikt naar caramel, bruine suiker en zure yoghurt, vrij droog qua smaak, wat tannine, rood fruit, wat appelstroop, niet verkeerd. 🍻

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel and dried red berries in the aroma and flavor. Hint of metal. Upcoming sourness. Thinnish. Hint of roast. Quite pleasant.
